Registration & Payment are TWO STEPS -


STEP ONE - Register Online 

Registration is due by Friday, October 11, 2019.

  • $200 per booth (1 table with 2 chairs and breakfast for 2 recruiters)
  • After Friday, October 11th - Cancellations will not be refunded.
  • Saturday, October 12th through Friday, October 18th - Late registration will be $250.
  • After Friday, October 18th, recruiting entities may still attend. 
    • Payment ($250) will be collected at the event.
    • Entity will not be printed on the event map.
    • Booth may not be placed with entities in same geographical area / ESC region.
    • Booth may be located in an over-flow room due to available floor space.


STEP TWO - Payment

Payment is due by Friday, October 11, 2019.

  • Purchase Orders are no longer accepted.
  • Online credit card or web check payments are preferred.
  • If mailing a check, please include a completed INVOICE
    • Checks must be postmarked by Friday, October 11, 2019.

  • Once payment is received, an order confirmation/receipt will be emailed to the contact listed on the registration.

What if our billing department requires an invoice prior to payment?

Blank invoice: The total amount due will vary depending on your needs - i.e. how many recruiters, if you choose electricity and when you register.

What are the registration fees?

Registration is $200 per booth (includes the reservation of a table with two chairs and breakfast for two recruiters). There will be a $25 charge for each additional recruiter. 

When is the deadline for registration?

  • Recruiting entities registering and paying after Friday, October 18th are allowed to participate in the event but will not be included on the event handout/map.
  • Recruiting entities are allowed to register and pay at the door starting at 7:30 a.m.
  • Booths may or may not be assigned to your regional area.
  • The list of teaching candidates will only be distributed to entities whose payments have been received.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made after Friday, October 11th will not be refunded.

Are there additional charges for internet and electricity?

Internet is provided free of charge.  Electricity at each table will cost an additional $30 and should be paid during the registration process.

Can we request a specific booth at the Career Fair?

Recruiting entities are placed by geographical area / ESC region. All booths are located throughout the Brazos Expo Center.

Is there an option to set-up interview sessions prior to the event at TAMU?

Locations are available throughout campus but may include additional fees.  Please contact UC Hospitality & Event Services at or 979.845.8904 for more details.

When will the parking pass and list of participants be available?

No parking pass is needed at the Brazos Expo Center. Once participant registration closes, a list of pre-registered candidates will be emailed to the person that registered and/or paid for the event.

Day of Career Fair

What is the schedule for the day?

Doors open for recruiting entities at 7:30 a.m.

Check-in at registration table 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. - front entrance of The Brazos Expo Center
Set-up booths - throughout the Exhibit Hall

The event begins at 9:00 a.m.

Starting at 9:00 a.m. - Visit with prospective Aggie Teachers (current TAMU Clinical Teachers/Interns)
Starting at 10:00 a.m. - Visit with prospective Senior Methods students (spring 2020 graduates) and other participating candidates

Doors close at 11:30 a.m.

What amenities are offered to recruiters?

Breakfast is available from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
Beverages are provided throughout the event.
Interviews may be conducted at your booth until 1 p.m. 


What are hotel options in the area?

Lodging Options: Bryan-College Station Visitor and Convention Bureau
We do not endorse any specific hotel chain.
Do not forget to bring a tax exempt form for your hotel stay.
